Castello di Monte Vibiano
Castello di Monte Vibiano grapes are cultivated directly on the vast estate owned by the Fasola Bologna family just outside Perugia. They grow grapes such as Trebbiano, Grechetto, Sagrantino, but also Cabernet, Sauvignon, Viognier and Merlot. Becoming landowners of vast properties and starting an important path, linked to the careful attention to the production of Wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil which would later become and absolute distinctive hallmark.
